- "AI Output" means the text, code, or other content generated by the AI models through the Platform.
2. AI Services & Ownership
2.1 AI Output Ownership
As between you and XYZgent, you own all rights, title, and interest in and to the AI Output generated by your agents. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI Output complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
2.2 Accuracy and Reliability
Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. You acknowledge that AI Output may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable. XYZgent does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI Output and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.You are responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy of any AI Output used in your workflows.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
- Reverse engineer the Platform or attempt to extract the underlying model weights.
- Send unsolicited communications or spam.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
XYZgent retains all ownership rights in the Platform, including its underlying software, algorithms, and models. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYZgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
